Dr. Fair is the program manager of the Southeast Collaborative for Innovative and Equitable Solutions to Chronic Disease, Investigator Development Core, a P50 Center with Meharry, VUMC, and the University of Miami. She is also Director of Operations for the All of Us Research Program (AoURP) Engagement Core where she facilitates ongoing input from diverse participant representatives to enhance the design, implementation, and use of the All of Us Program. Dr. Fair leads AoURP engagement efforts for the participant partner engagement in governance, oversight, and use of research. Her other activities include leading the stakeholder engagement team of the PCORI STAR-CRN network across nine sites and serving as a member of the Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance Research Applied Experience Immersion team, placing post-secondary scholars with a research laboratories and projects across middle Tennessee institutions of higher learning.
